5 Star Certification
The Five Star Certification program is Yamaha's training focused on the important fundamentals of servicing Yamaha products. Technicians work through 10 programs covering service, theory and diagnostics, with three more specialized programs for service managers. He or she becomes Five Star Certified only by passing all the tests. Each certified technician and service manager gets exclusive uniform patches and a diploma identifying Five Star achievement.
